Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with key clients. This role will focus on a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption, renewal, and expansion of Sophos solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Foster deep connections with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention, resulting in increased revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and products, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer health and sentiment, promptly addressing concerns and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress, adjust strategies as needed, and reinforce the value of Sophos solutions to customers.
