Food and Beverage Operations Manager


Position Overview:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan for food and beverage operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in kitchen and restaurant operations.
  • Supervise and manage employees to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain productivity levels of employees.
  • Provide proactive coaching and counseling to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields.
