We are looking for an Asst. Director of Food & Beverage to join our team

As an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will:

  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Division in assigned sections.
  • Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function, with complete knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Participate in coordinating and controlling departmental activities.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars, and other hotel banqueting departments.
  • Participate in effective staff management, motivate staff, build team cohesion, and assist each Head of Department in planning and implementing training programs.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between F&B and other hotel departments.
  • Maintain the quality of food, beverage, and service provided.
  • Assist the DoFB in planning budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and P&L for the division.
