Job Summary

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Service Staff to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field (required).
  • Less than 1 year of work experience in food service (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
