AIA is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business resilience group, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity programs that minimize disruption to our operations.
About the Role- Maintain and update our corporate-wide business continuity program to address disaster recovery, business recovery, and emergency response management.
- Collaborate with senior members of our Technology, Operations, and Risk leadership teams to ensure that remediation plans are implemented and tracked accordingly.
- Lead and support annual business recovery exercises, including Dedicated Recovery Sites (DRS), Remote Access, Alternate Office, and Work Transfer.
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, regulatory, or industry-specific change initiatives.
You'll work closely with our business units to develop/maintain DR plans for critical systems and applications and to ensure that internal recovery sites are updated and functioning properly.
