We're seeking a seasoned Communications and Knowledge Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, Asia-based role where you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic communications plans for our clients.

As the primary liaison point between our editorial, design, digital, and project teams, you'll ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple formats. Your expertise in institutional communications, including writing, editing, and managing content for high-profile clients, will be invaluable in this role.

You'll work closely with our client-side communications leads and programme managers to shape content, manage outputs, and coordinate delivery schedules and production timelines. Your strong organizational and project management skills will enable you to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 12-month strategic communications plans for flagship clients
  • Act as main liaison point between client teams and our editorial, design, digital, and project teams
  • Draft, edit, and oversee production of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy
  • Coordinate with client internal communications teams to raise awareness of ongoing projects and ensure messaging is aligned
  • Regularly review and update client website content, providing editorial and UX feedback

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, media, marketing, or content management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a sharp editorial eye
  • Experience managing or delivering communications for high-profile institutional or international clients
  • Confident working independently and across remote, multicultural teams
  • Familiarity with content planning, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and editorial workflows
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience working in or with Asia-based teams
  • Knowledge of international development, trade, finance, or economic policy issues
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, digital asset management, and light-touch design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma)
  • Prior agency or consultancy experience managing client relationships and deliverables
