Key Financial Operations Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized finance professional to manage our internal accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and international business operations, particularly in Asia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries and reconciliations. They will also prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with financial forecasting.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing and organizing all documentation required for U.S.-based tax filings. They will communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions. Additionally, they will ensure that records are organized, audit-ready, and compliant with U.S. GAAP where applicable.

  • 3–5+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
  • Proficient in cloud-based accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
