Human Resource Learning and Organizational Supervisor

This is a dynamic role for a skilled professional to oversee our training and development programs. As the first point of contact for employee training, you will plan, coordinate, and implement initiatives to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs aligned with business goals and objectives, identifying training needs through collaboration with department heads and employees, conducting skill gap analyses, and utilizing various training methods including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Identify and analyze training needs to ensure employee competencies are up-to-date.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to training activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
