Financial Operations Specialist

A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking a skilled financial expert to join its team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely journal entries for all transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date general ledger records and perform regular reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional support to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA title and US GAAP familiarity preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho.
