Job Title: Strategic Financial Analyst

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our financial planning efforts. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will drive critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading monthly forecast and annual budget cycles to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Summarizing complex results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Building financial models and performing risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Supporting scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts.
  • Partnering closely with Finance leadership to shape financial strategies and integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.

Responsibilities also include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), creating executive dashboards, and assisting in preparing financial materials for senior leaders.

This role requires a digital-first approach to automate and streamline FP&A processes, as well as driving continuous improvement through AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.

As a Strategic Financial Analyst, you will champion a digital mindset within the Finance team and encourage experimentation with emerging tools and technologies.
