About the role

As an IT Technical Staff at TINKER-PRO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS', you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental and will involve working closely with our customers to resolve IT-related issues and queries.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing first-line technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software problems
  • Coordinating with the IT team to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues
  • Documenting all support activities and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our IT systems and processes
  • Participating in IT projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and common business software
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
