About the role:

As the HRD Training Officer at Axelum Resources Corp., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's talent development and training initiatives. Based in Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao, this full-time position will see you responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs that align with the organisation's strategic goals and empower our employees to reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assessing training needs across the organisation and developing tailored training solutions to address skill gaps.

  • Designing, delivering and coordinating a range of training programs, including on-boarding, technical, leadership and soft skills development.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful training content.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and implementing continuous improvements.

  • Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and generating insightful reports.

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

  • Contributing to the development of the company's overall HR strategy and initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR training or learning and development role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

  • Strong training design and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training needs and measure program effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and the latest training methodologies.

  • Proficient in using HR information systems and training management tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field.
