Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance technology professional to provide strategic guidance to senior finance leaders worldwide. The ideal candidate will have expertise in helping organizations build and execute a finance technology strategy, accelerating enterprise resource planning (ERP) to the cloud.

The successful candidate will understand the challenges of cloud ERP transformation, AI capabilities of vendors, and innovative ideas for benefits that ERP applications can bring to finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in finance technology, advising senior finance leaders on ERP transformation, AI, building a finance technology strategy, and executing a finance technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with analysts to build authoritative research and advice addressing senior finance leader priorities and challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in cloud ERP business case building, vendor evaluation, embedded AI vendor capabilities, program governance, implementation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live management.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience working in finance department roles or consulting roles supporting large cloud ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends, innovations, and vendor capabilities in finance technology and cloud ERP software market, including AI capabilities of vendors.
  • Experience working closely with senior finance leaders to build buy-in for finance technology projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification preferred; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally.
