CPA with 8+ years experience in finance and operations within manufacturing. High analytical skills background in corporate restructuring, SEC/ BIR registration, PEZA/ BOI, ERP migration, tax planning, and supply chain cost control is an advantage but not mandatory, He/she will lead regulatory and financial transitions and system migrations with zero operational downtime.

Professional Experience

  • Oversaw financial and legal transition during reorganization.
  • Set up ERP finance module migration
  • Negotiated supplier payment terms and secured logistics continuity during transitions.
  • Led corporate restructuring of a mid-sized FMCG exporter, transitioning operations into a new entity with zero operational downtime.
  • Managed ERP migration for a manufacturing company across 3 countries.
  • SEC & BIR company registration
  • Contract drafting & review (suppliers, customers, banks)
  • Liaise with legal counsels and 3rd party consultants

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
