">You will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Governance, Risk and Compliance systems.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Triage, troubleshoot and respond to user queries on Operational Risk-owned systems in a timely and efficient manner.">
- Perform regular user access management, data management and reporting activities to ensure smooth system operations.">
- Collaborate with the product change team to assess operational impact of system changes and ensure readiness for ongoing support.">
- Assist with system testing, documentation and training for enhancements, maintenance activities and upgrades.">
Requirements
">- Experience in a service desk support role with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint.">
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong problem-solving skills.">
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.">
- Effective communication skills with adaptability to diverse audiences.">
- A self-starter with a keen interest in understanding user concerns and system functionality.">
