Key Role: System Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven, process-oriented individual to join our team as a System Support Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain internal systems for new and existing client accounts.
  • Ensure systems are optimized to support seamless account delivery and high client satisfaction.
Process Management:
  • Develop and refine internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor ongoing processes and proactively address bottlenecks or errors.
System Integrity:
  • Maintain accurate records across systems; perform regular data audits.
  • Implement data validation procedures to ensure accuracy throughout the client lifecycle.
Client Support:
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to support account delivery.
  • Assist with report preparation, proposal development, and system demonstrations.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Utilize IT tools (e.g., CRM, Excel, databases, reporting software) to manage and troubleshoot client systems.
  • Provide technical support and liaise with external providers when necessary.
Commercial Acumen:
  • Understand the commercial property sector context to provide informed operational support.
  • Contribute to business discussions and account reviews using relevant system insights.
