Analytical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with internal teams to elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements. You will also meet with clients to analyze and document their individual needs, create high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions, and translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical requirements.

You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope and elicit confident estimates for delivery timeframes. Additionally, you will perform testing of the product to ensure it matches the intended experience for users and assist with internal and external communications, supporting transparency and broadcast of product and business information and updates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients/users to continuously gather feedback for ideas that improve their utility and experience of the product. You will also support the Product Owner/Manager and Developers as necessary and contribute to agile ceremonies.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical requirements
• Work with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope and elicit confident estimates for delivery timeframes
• Perform testing of the product to ensure it matches the intended experience for users
• Assist with internal and external communications, supporting transparency and broadcast of product and business information and updates

• 2+ years of experience working as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in agile (scrum), cross-functional teams, delivering complex products and projects
• Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to use different visualization tools to communicate meaning
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of business process mapping and data flow
• Ability to document clear business, technical, and functional requirements
• Collaborative approach to solution option design and promoting effective decisions
• Applies structured problem-solving in-line with business analysis best practice
• Ability to empathize with end-users, client sponsors, and the domain market to convey the 'why' of products and feature sets.
