Enterprise Solution Designer

Solution architects design and deliver forward-looking solutions in modern cloud-based environments. As an Enterprise Solution Designer, you will work directly with clients to assess their needs, design tailored solutions, and support business initiatives aligned with defined roadmaps.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and advise on solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment.
  • Explore possibilities and creative alternatives to identify effective solutions.
  • Ensure designed solutions meet client expectations and company standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance industry.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise setting.
  • Ability to assist in defining and socialising a product/enterprise roadmap.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect business requirements from corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Maintenance of awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions.
