The role of a Solutions Expert is pivotal in bridging customer needs with software and services offerings. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to tailor messaging that meets the unique requirements of each organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Sales Teams to provide technical expertise on software solutions:
- Progress sales opportunities by effectively managing assigned prospects/customers.
- Brief customers on solution benefits and problem-solving capabilities.
- Support Sales Teams through proactive assistance.
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and potential solution value.
- Develop best practice principles for Solutions Consulting and engage effectively with executive and middle-level management.
Engaging in Opportunities:
- Conduct consultative discovery efforts to understand customer requirements.
- Use service design methodology to uncover CX gaps.
- Cocreates solutions to bridge CX gaps with customers.
- Matches software solutions to customer requirements using a unique perspective.
- Addresses both business and technical influencers' needs.
- Handles objections and demonstrates value effectively.
