The role of a NetSuite Solutions Consultant is a critical position in delivering tailored solutions that align with clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Lead integration projects, working with third-party solutions.
  • Support project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing environments.
  • Ensure data governance, integrity, and security, managing customizations, workflows, and scheduled scripts.
  • Configure and manage API connections and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable business insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for clients.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Oversee post-implementation optimization, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in ERP consulting or managed services roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party solutions is an advantage.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess client business needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
