About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Collection Specialist. As a key member of our remote finance team, you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable, tracking payment records, and maintaining accurate financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Utilize QuickBooks to efficiently manage accounts receivable, track payment records, and maintain accurate financial documents.
- Incoming Payments: Handle incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
- Collections: Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes in a professional manner.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and issue timely invoices, credit memos, and account statements. Analyze and generate reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team to enhance collection processes and implement effective techniques.
