Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, collections, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and B2B collections, as well as proficiency in NetSuite AR modules. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients.

In this role, you will be working with customers to resolve any issues they may have with their invoices or payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular reporting to management.
