Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic professional to join our team as a Workday Certified Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep knowledge and experience in U.S. benefits administration.
  • Lead the following as a member of a deployment team or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively with team members to address complex tasks and requirements.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them informed of overall project progress.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation, assisting integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking, analyzing patterns and removing inefficient configurations or processes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managers.
  • Provide insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting risks to project health and improvements in client adoption.
