Instructional Video Designer

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Video Designer to create engaging, learner-centric animated videos that support our training initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Script-to-Screen Production: Transform training scripts and storyboards into polished, animated videos using Powtoon or similar tools.
  • Visual Storytelling: Apply design principles to produce videos that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention.
  • Storyboarding & Planning: Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.
  • Audio & Voice Integration: Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Content Conversion: Convert written training materials into dynamic video formats.
  • Video QA & Iteration: Review and revise videos based on feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
  • LMS Collaboration: Coordinate with LMS Content Coordinators and/or Training Developers to format, test, and upload videos to TalentLMS or other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create engaging, interactive video content for corporate training initiatives.
  2. Design and develop reusable video templates and visual assets.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop clear, concise video scripts.
  4. Produce high-quality video content within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional video design, production, and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Powtoon, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
