  • Produce a consistent volume of 10 high-quality AI videos per day, adhering to preset scripts and styles.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, enhancing performance bonuses.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts, ensuring impactful storytelling.
  • Operate with autonomy, efficiently managing daily workload to meet deadlines without frequent check-ins.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving AI tools, software, and editing techniques, often learning new skills within a day's notice.
  • Ensure every video meets exacting quality standards, minimizing revisions and aligning with provided instructions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with executive leadership, providing timely updates as needed.
  • Train and onboard future AI video editors to our high standards, establishing a strong foundation for growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • 10 Daily Video Quota: Deliver 10 high-quality videos weekdays by 7PM ET.
  • 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: Achieve at least 90% of submissions requiring no revisions.
