Job Title:

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to craft compelling video content that showcases our brand's personality and values.

About the Role:
  • Create engaging video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Become the on-camera representative for authentic, humorous, and engaging content that aligns with our brand goals.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content featuring strong storytelling, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats to inform future strategy.
  • Track and report on content performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies and ideas that align with our brand objectives.
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit video content that is engaging, informative, and entertaining.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Help organize creative assets, update marketing calendars, and track deadlines.
  • Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of college education.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media.
  • Prior experience assisting in a marketing or creative environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
  • Established social media presence with a significant following (preferably TikTok and/or YouTube).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Comfortable managing cross-time zone tasks.
  • Prior exposure to remote work and cross-cultural teams.
