High-Converting Video Editor

Our video marketing strategy is in high gear, and we need a seasoned Video Editor to fuel our success. You will lead the charge in creating short-form videos that captivate audiences and drive results.

We're looking for an expert who can produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day. Your task will be to analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts, and operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage your daily workload efficiently.

You will work closely with industry leaders who pioneered strategies that generated over 100M views and helped build a leading brand. Your mission will be to ensure every video meets our exacting quality standards and perfectly matches the provided instructions, minimizing the need for revisions.

About this Opportunity:

  • You have proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • You are proficient in professional video-editing software, such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • You have experience with video generation tools, which is a major plus.
  • You possess strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
