The Content Project Specialist role involves onboarding and supporting a talented international group of video creators, scriptwriters, and video editors to create high-quality, impactful videos to support our company mission.

Succesful candidates will be strong multi-taskers with exceptional English language abilities who can balance quality and efficiency as we work to produce world-class educational content.

  • What You'll Do:
    • Support the development of video content for marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on optimizing for YouTube engagement and discoverability.
    • Onboard and support a group of video creators and video editors to ensure high-quality and efficient video creation
    • Experiment with a wide range of video content formats adapted to each target channel.
    • Leverage AI and tech tools to streamline production and improve video quality.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, direction, and performance analysis to enhance content strategy.
    • Monitor trends and platform updates to drive innovation and viewer engagement.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • 2–3 years of experience in video creation (preferably academic or informational) with a strong understanding of YouTube ecosystem.
    • Skilled in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.
    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with other editing and graphics tools.
