Pest Control Specialist

At Rentokil Initial, our pest control specialists are responsible for providing top-notch services to customers. Our specialists must possess excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. They should be able to work with minimal supervision and be willing to undergo training for career growth. A background in agriculture or a related field is an advantage.

  • Provide exceptional pest control treatment and recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Plan and execute routes to ensure timely arrival at treatment sites.
  • Manage chemicals and other consumables efficiently.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for warehouse operations, stock inventory, and disposal processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3)
  • College graduate or vocational course graduate
  • Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Fast learner and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to be trained for career growth
