Job Description:

The IT Service Desk Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring support requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

This role requires a strong leader to mentor, train, and optimize support processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in an IT support role with at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the IT Service Desk team for high-quality support of all IT incidents and service requests.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Leading regular team meetings to update staff on policies, procedures, and new technologies.
  • Providing escalation support for complex technical issues and assisting with problem resolution.
  • Maintaining documentation for processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinating with other IT teams for timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring service desk staff to foster professional growth.

The successful candidate has a solid understanding of IT service management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
