Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.

This role requires the ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical positions, including software developers, network engineers, system administrators, cloud specialists, and other IT-related positions.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to final offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure alignment with client needs.

The successful candidate will be able to build relationships and engage with candidates from various technical backgrounds, and have a strong understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a technical recruiter in the US market, preferably within the IT or tech industry, hiring for US-based clients.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with MSP business models and the specific technical skill sets required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from various technical backgrounds.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment.
