Job Opportunity

We are committed to optimizing anesthesia care delivery for surgical and procedure-based facilities nationwide. Our goal is to enhance perioperative care, integrating each stage of the process.

In this position, you will oversee the recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to managing client interactions, finalizing placements, and collecting feedback.

  • Source and screen healthcare providers for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain necessary credentials of healthcare providers working for us.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Be accessible by phone and text outside regular hours to handle urgent matters.

This role requires prior recruiting experience; transferable skills are also considered. You must be highly organized with leadership abilities, capable of handling urgent matters, and meeting deadlines.

You will work with strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in recruitment tools, and knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (desired).

Please note that US Eastern Time Business Hours are required.
