Professional Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. S/he will partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
S/He will proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks. The candidate will utilize job boards, databases, online employment forums, and social media in pooling applicants.
Maintaining the organization's applicant tracking system is also a key responsibility of this role. Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit vacant positions is another critical task.
Promoting the organization's good employment opportunities and providing recruitment reports to department managers are additional responsibilities of this role.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process is also essential.
