Technical Hiring Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Technical Hiring Specialist. This position involves recruiting and hiring top technical talent for IT and engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire qualified candidates for technical positions across IT and Engineering
  • Work with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • SOURCE and engage with potential candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative approaches
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to track progress and maintain strong pipelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or hiring manager in IT and/or Engineering
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
