As a seasoned logistics professional, you will be responsible for coordinating with domestic and international manufacturers to optimize production timelines, capacity, and material flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Inbound Logistics: Oversee the receipt and storage of goods from suppliers.
  • Outbound Fulfillment: Manage the process of packaging and shipping products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies across systems.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with operations teams to forecast inventory needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders.

This role will play a critical part in scaling our logistics operations as we expand our product lines and distribution channels.
