Logistics Operations Expert Needed

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced logistics operations expert to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions.

Your primary focus will be on Amazon and Shopify channels, where you will oversee order management platforms and integration tools to guarantee seamless transaction flows and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  2. Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  3. Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
