Sales Outreach Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and chat interactions to engage potential customers and promote company products or services.
- Script Adherence: Follow telemarketing scripts to handle objections and deliver a clear and persuasive sales pitch.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Rapport Building: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve scripts, sales strategies, and overall performance.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize call center technology and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar call center environment.
- Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive speaking style.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using basic software applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other call center technology.
- Familiarity: Familiarity with telemarketing scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
