IT Service Desk Expert

Serve as a key member of our End User Service Practice, delivering exceptional support services to our clients.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless IT operations, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
This role requires:
- Providing fast and reliable support via multiple channels
- Efficiently managing incidents and requests within our ticketing systems
- Regularly following up with end users to ensure timely issue resolution
- Troubleshooting username and password problems
- Installing and uninstalling approved software applications
- Configuring multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN
- Offering expert advice on hardware and software matters
Successful candidates will possess:
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- Mac OS knowledge and skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and other ticketing systems
- Proficiency with remote access tools
- Progressive experience in Technical Support roles
- Exceptional technical and soft skills
