Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to clients, resolving technical issues and service requests in a proactive and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide remote technical support via email and telephone, covering a range of topics including desktop support, software, cloud computing, telephony, networking, internet connectivity and peripherals.
  2. Investigate, escalate and resolve incidents and service requests, utilizing available resources to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Attend onsite at client locations or other offices as required, to address technical issues and provide support.
  4. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or specialists, providing detailed documentation of the issue and steps taken.
  5. Manage deadlines and commitments made with clients, team members and managers, ensuring seamless communication and project management.
  6. Deliver clear, professional and effective communication to clients, team members and stakeholders, updating on progress and resolution of work.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and contribute to a positive team environment.
