We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to clients, resolving technical issues and service requests in a proactive and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide remote technical support via email and telephone, covering a range of topics including desktop support, software, cloud computing, telephony, networking, internet connectivity and peripherals.
- Investigate, escalate and resolve incidents and service requests, utilizing available resources to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend onsite at client locations or other offices as required, to address technical issues and provide support.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or specialists, providing detailed documentation of the issue and steps taken.
- Manage deadlines and commitments made with clients, team members and managers, ensuring seamless communication and project management.
- Deliver clear, professional and effective communication to clients, team members and stakeholders, updating on progress and resolution of work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and contribute to a positive team environment.
