Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Professional to join our team as an Outbound Representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling: Establish connections with professionals in the skincare industry, introducing them to our premium products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, answering product questions and taking orders in a timely manner.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders efficiently.
  • CRM Management: Record client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data and informed decision-making.
Key Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the skincare industry.
