Job Overview

This role involves working as a multilingual customer service representative for a leading organization in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English fluency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients and potential leads to ensure prompt and professional resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in lead generation and consultation booking to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring complete understanding and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with team members to exchange insights and continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand a variety of accents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
  • General computer proficiency is required.
Additional Requirements
  • Able to pass a typing test to assess written communication speed and accuracy.
  • Must submit a cover letter as part of the screening process.
