Job Title:

A dynamic and results-driven opportunity exists for a Franchise Development Associate to spearhead the growth of our business through strategic outreach and engagement.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, native-level English proficiency, and the ability to manage complex day-to-day tasks while consistently meeting high-volume call targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees via outbound calls, leveraging pre-approved scripts and adapting conversationally when necessary
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with senior team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Support additional activities as needed, including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling, basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and delivery managers to ensure alignment with franchise development goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Experience in franchise, sales development, or multi-client environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with US-based leads
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote work environment
