About Our Virtual Property Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Property Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be able to handle multiple clients at once and prioritize their tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Property Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, including rent collection, lease renewals, and maintenance requests.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
