Job OverviewThis role requires a strong background in real estate, finance, accounting, business, or economics with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management Support: Provide financial analysis including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.
  • Portfolio Evaluation: Evaluate portfolio composition on an ongoing basis and provide strategic vision for investment vehicles and prospective new opportunities or strategies.
  • Lifecycle Asset Management: Support all phases of the assets lifecycle from acquisition through development, leasing, asset management, and possible disposition of an asset.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze ongoing portfolio risk and cash flow requirements using Excel and Yardi software.
  • Lease Document Preparation: Drafting lease documents and amendments and reviewing them to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Property Manager Oversight: Direct property managers towards optimizing portfolio assets and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare monthly reporting materials to track portfolio performance.
  • Insurance and Vendor Management: Manage portfolio insurance and engage with contractors and vendors during capital project lifecycles.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics Background.
  • Commercial Real Estate Terminology and Structures Knowledge.
  • Extensive Experience Reviewing LOIs and Drafting Leases and Amendments.
  • Brokers, Contractors, and Property Managers Working Experience.
  • Exceptional Underwriting and Financial Modeling Skills.
  • Full Real Estate Capital Stack Understanding.
