
Remote Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern productivity tools.
The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and keeping projects running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents on Google Drive (and Dropbox if required).
- Creating, updating, and tracking projects in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met.
- Providing general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily operations.
- Assisting with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.
- Communicating effectively through Slack and maintaining clear documentation of tasks.
The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role. Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva is also required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Self-motivation, reliability, and effective time management are also crucial in a remote environment.
Requirements- At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva.
- Takes ownership; self-starter; independent; resourceful, someone who does not need much guidance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
