
Senior Client Support Specialist

Delivering exceptional client service is at the heart of this role, requiring a strong understanding of financial planning processes and excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client interactions to ensure seamless experiences
- Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and compliance-related documents
- Support financial planners with paraplanning tasks and accuracy
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies
