Client Service Officer Role

Delivering exceptional client service is at the heart of this role, requiring a strong understanding of financial planning processes and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end client interactions to ensure seamless experiences
  • Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and compliance-related documents
  • Support financial planners with paraplanning tasks and accuracy
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies
