About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Client Success Specialist. As the lead point of contact for our partners, you will play a crucial role in driving their continued retention and growth.
You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, proactively researching their companies to stay up-to-date on any changes, and building strong relationships with them.
Your goal will be to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our partners.
- Onboard new partners, transitioning from a newly launched status.
- Proactively research clients' companies to stay up-to-date on any rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of account management experience, or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce, or any related CRM tool.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple simultaneous projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically over phone and email.
