We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation and optimization of Zoho solutions for our business. This exciting opportunity involves migrating our operations to Zoho, encompassing inventory management, customer relationships, sales tracking, and financial data.
Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Optimize and maintain the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on utilizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
