Overview

The Director, Consulting Delivery – AI & Digital Transformation will lead strategic initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies to drive measurable business value for clients. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering complex transformation programs, advising senior stakeholders on digital strategy, and ensuring successful implementation of AI-powered solutions at scale. The Director will oversee cross-functional consulting teams, manage client relationships at the executive level, and contribute to business growth through thought leadership and new opportunity development.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping digital and AI transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive adoption of AI and digital solutions across the enterprise.
  • AI & Digital Transformation Strategy
    • Develop frameworks for AI adoption, digital operating models, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies (GenAI, automation, advanced analytics, IoT, cloud platforms) into clients' business processes.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
  • Practice & Capability Development
    • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams with deep expertise in AI, data, and digital solutions.
    • Develop reusable delivery methodologies, accelerators, and best practices for AI and digital transformation programs.
    • Partner with product and innovation teams to pilot and scale new digital offerings.
