About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and manage high-performing sales groups, thereby driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to recruit top talent and establish high-performing sales teams.
  • Motivate and lead sales teams to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to conduct joint field work, assist in selling activities, and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in agency sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to build a pipeline of exceptional talents and expand his/her network.
